One of the best ways to test the-bald Eagle is with a pair of binoculars or spotting scope. in most places where birds nest are closed off by the local government so they breed, hence you can not get up close and personal data.
(You frighten them away in some way) I know, in our most trails are closed when they are nesting.

Binoculars will allow you to track across the sky reflects with stabilizing feature will give you a clear picture.

Take the time to go looking. even if you aren't much of a bird of prey outside still will give you chills.
